A: Orders to the US, UK and the EU typically take 4-9 days once dispatched. Orders to the rest of the world take 7-14 days once dispatched. A: For hygiene reasons, we can only accept sealed, unused items returned within 60 days of delivery, as in line with our 60-day money-back guarantee. Opened or used products can’t be returned unless faulty. See our Refund Policy for details.
